Refund Policy
Bangladesh Operations
This Refund Policy forms a legally binding agreement between FSN-GTI and the Learner and shall be enforceable under the laws of Bangladesh. It is part of the FSN-GTI Terms and Conditions and must be read together with those Terms and the FSN-GTI Privacy Policy (Bangladesh Operations). It establishes Learners’ rights and FSN-GTI’s obligations in respect of course fees, refunds, and related financial matters.

Definitions and Interpretation
Capitalized terms not otherwise defined have the meanings given in the FSN-GTI Terms and Conditions. The following additional terms apply:
“Course Fee”
The total amount payable by a Learner for enrolment in a specific course or program, as published on the Website at the time of enrolment.
“Commencement Date”
The date on which a Learner first accesses Course Content, attends a live session, receives study materials, or otherwise begins participation, whichever is earliest.
“Cooling-Off Period”
The period of fourteen (14) calendar days following the Commencement Date, during which a Learner may request a refund under Section 3.1.
“Force Majeure Refund Event”
An event qualifying as a Force Majeure Event under Section 13 of the Terms and Conditions that causes FSN-GTI to be unable to deliver a material portion of the enrolled course.
“MFS”
Mobile Financial Services, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
“Pro-Rata Refund”
A refund calculated as the proportion of the Course Fee attributable to the portion of the course not yet delivered at the time the refund entitlement arises.
“Transaction Fee”
Any fee charged by a payment gateway, MFS provider, or card network in connection with processing a payment. These fees are retained by third-party providers and are non-refundable.

General Payment Terms
a)All Course Fees are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise agreed in writing for international Learners.
b)FSN-GTI accepts payment via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, SSLCommerz, credit and debit card, and direct bank transfer.
c)A payment receipt will be issued for every transaction. Learners must retain their receipt as it may be required when making a refund request.
d)FSN-GTI’s fees are inclusive of applicable VAT where required. The VAT component is non-refundable once remitted to the National Board of Revenue.
e)MFS refunds are subject to the reversal procedures and timelines of the relevant provider and Bangladesh Bank’s MFS Regulations 2022.

Refund Entitlements
In the event of any conflict between this Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise. FSN-GTI shall implement this Policy in good faith and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
3.1 Cooling-Off Period Refund (Full Refund)
Full refund available (less Transaction Fees) if you withdraw within 14 calendar days of the Commencement Date and have not attended any live session, accessed any Course Content, or received any study materials.
Where a Learner has attended one or more live sessions or accessed Course Content during the Cooling-Off Period, the full refund entitlement does not apply, but the Learner retains entitlement under Section 3.2 (Pro-Rata Refund).
3.2 Pro-Rata Refund (Partial Refund After Commencement)
Pro-Rata Refund = Course Fee × (Remaining Undelivered Sessions ÷ Total Sessions)
The Pro-Rata Refund applies when:
a)The Learner withdraws within 30 calendar days of the Commencement Date and has attended fewer than 30% of total scheduled sessions;
b)FSN-GTI cancels the course and does not provide a suitable alternative within 14 days;
c)FSN-GTI materially changes the course and the Learner objects in writing within 14 days;
d)A Force Majeure Refund Event prevents delivery of the remainder of the course;
e)The Learner rejects a material amendment to the Terms and Conditions under Section 17 thereof.
3.3 Full Refund — Specific Entitlements
A full refund (less Transaction Fees) is available regardless of course stage in the following cases:
a)Duplicate Payment: Where a Learner is charged more than once for the same enrolment. FSN-GTI will process these within seven (7) business days of detection.
b)Course Cancellation Without Alternative: Where FSN-GTI cancels a course and fails to offer a suitable alternative within fourteen (14) calendar days.
c)Verified Technical Barrier: Where a verified technical fault on FSN-GTI’s platform prevents access for seven (7) or more continuous days.
d)Misrepresentation: Where FSN-GTI’s pre-enrolment description was materially inaccurate, provided the issue is raised within fourteen (14) days of discovery.

Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following circumstances do not give rise to a refund entitlement, provided FSN-GTI has delivered the Services substantially in accordance with the Terms.
a)Change of mind after the Cooling-Off Period where the Learner has engaged with the course;
b)Failure by the Learner to attend sessions or submit assignments for reasons within their control;
c)Technical issues attributable to the Learner’s own device, internet connection, or local infrastructure;
d)Dissatisfaction with the difficulty level where the description and prerequisites were accurately stated;
e)Termination by FSN-GTI for breach of the Terms and Conditions;
f)Transaction Fees and third-party payment processing fees;
g)The VAT component of fees already remitted to the National Board of Revenue.

Instalment Payments and Withdrawal
a)The instalment schedule forms part of the Enrolment Agreement.
b)Instalments paid before the Commencement Date are refundable in full (less Transaction Fees) if the Learner withdraws before commencement.
c)Instalments due after the Learner’s withdrawal date are not payable, provided written notice is given.
d)After the Commencement Date, instalments already paid are subject to refund entitlements in Section 3. FSN-GTI will not pursue arrears exceeding the proportionate value of Course Content already delivered.
e)Non-payment for 30+ days after suspension may result in termination. The Learner will not be entitled to a refund of instalments already paid but will not be liable for future instalments.

Refund Request Process
6.1 How to Submit a Refund Request
Submit a written request by email to info@fsn-gti.com. Include:
1.Full name as registered with FSN-GTI
2.Registered email address and phone number
3.Course name and enrolment date
4.Payment receipt or transaction ID
5.Ground for refund (with reference to applicable section)
6.Supporting evidence (e.g., screenshot, duplicate transaction record)

6.3 FSN-GTI’s Response Process
1Acknowledge the request within five (5) working days, confirming receipt and expected timeline.
2Review the request against eligibility criteria within fourteen (14) calendar days.
3Notify the Learner of the decision in writing, including reasons for any rejection.
4Where approved, initiate the refund within the processing times in Section 7.

All refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless that method is no longer available. Transaction Fees are not within FSN-GTI’s control to refund. Where a refund is delayed beyond the applicable processing time, FSN-GTI will notify the Learner and provide reasonable assistance.

Course Cancellation and Modification by FSN-GTI
8.1 Planned Cancellation
Where FSN-GTI cancels a course before commencement, it will: notify enrolled Learners at least fourteen (14) days in advance; offer either a full refund (less Transaction Fees) or transfer to an equivalent alternative course commencing within sixty (60) days; and process the chosen remedy within the timeframes in Section 7.
8.2 Cancellation During Delivery
Where FSN-GTI cancels a course after commencement (including due to Force Majeure), it will: notify Learners promptly; offer either a Pro-Rata Refund or access to an equivalent alternative program; and allow the Learner to elect within fourteen (14) days.
8.3 Material Course Modification
Where FSN-GTI makes a material change that significantly diminishes the course’s value, the Learner may within fourteen (14) days elect to: (a) accept the modified course; (b) request a Pro-Rata Refund; or (c) transfer to an equivalent alternative course.

Special Circumstances
9.1 Medical or Compassionate Grounds
Where a Learner is unable to continue due to documented medical or compassionate grounds, FSN-GTI will consider requests for: enrolment deferral to the next available intake without forfeiture of fees paid; access extension for the period of incapacity; or a Pro-Rata Refund determined on a fair, case-specific basis. Requests must be supported by appropriate documentation (e.g., medical certificate). FSN-GTI will respond within fourteen (14) days.
9.2 Government-Sponsored and Scholarship Learners
Refund entitlements for Learners whose fees are paid by a government program, scholarship, or third-party sponsor are subject to the terms of the relevant sponsorship or scholarship agreement. FSN-GTI will coordinate refund processing with the sponsoring body.

Amendments to This Policy
FSN-GTI may amend this Refund Policy from time to time. Material amendments will be communicated by email at least thirty (30) days before taking effect. Non-material amendments are effective upon posting on the Website.
Material amendments shall not affect the rights of Learners already enrolled at the time the amendment takes effect. The version of this Refund Policy in force at the time of enrolment governs the enrolled Learner’s rights for the duration of that enrolment.
